Information you send us. If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to provide (such as your name, institution, email address and phone number) and use it only to respond to you and provide our services.
Analytics information. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site, for example which pages are viewed, approximate location (city/region), device and browser type, and how you arrived. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Analytics cookies on this site are set only after you click "Accept analytics". Until then, Google Consent Mode keeps analytics storage disabled and Google may receive only cookieless, anonymous signals.

This website does not collect student education records. Data we handle for client institutions as part of our services is governed by our agreements with those institutions and applicable laws (such as FERPA), not by this website policy.

Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
